SAFETY TECHNICIAN CONTACT DETAILS (IF REQUIRED)

1. During the execution of small-scale works, all provisions and decisions in force pursuant to the General Operating Regulation of Tourist Ports (Government Gazette 1323-16/09/2003) and the Special Operating Regulation of the Port of Athens Marina (Government Gazette B’ 3983-28/07/2025), of which I am fully aware, will be complied with.

2. The above works are of a small scale and no welding, cutting, sandblasting, or spray painting with a mechanical grinder or any other large-scale work or alteration will be carried out.

3. We will take all appropriate measures to prevent pollution of the sea and the land, noise, and the deposit of materials on the quays and, in general, to comply with the provisions of the General Operating Regulations of Tourist Ports and the Special Operating Regulations of the Athens Marina , while the Vessel will always be in a seaworthy condition during its berthing.

4. The shipowner undertakes to compensate for any damage caused (a) to any third party or/and (b) to the property of third parties (customers or visitors of the Marina of Athens) or/and (c) to the Athens Marina S.A. during the works referred to herein, and to fully indemnify the Marina of Athens in the event that the latter is called upon to pay any amount to any third party damaged by the works of the shipowner on the Vessel.

For the entry and stay of vehicles in the land area of Athens Marina, the Special Operating Regulation of Athens Marina apply.
