I declare and certify that:

1. The fueling process will be carried out by a properly licensed company, taking all necessary safety measures and in compliance with the relevant legislation, the Special Operating Regulations of the Athens Tourist Port (Government Gazette B' 3983-28/07/2025), and the Decision No. 2261.4-2/12/2024 by the Central Port Authority of Piraeus, all of which I am fully aware of.

2. Prior to fueling, we will have obtained the necessary approval from the competent Port Authority, which must be available if requested by the representatives of Athens Marina.

3. In case of any fuel or petroleum residue leakage into the sea and/or dock during fueling or delivery of fuel products, the responsible parties (captains, chief engineers, tank truck drivers) will immediately notify the competent Port Authority and Athens Marina.

For the entry and stay of vehicles in the land area of Athens Marina, the Special Operating Regulation of Athens Marina apply.
